For the time being, tickets for the Anime Festival Kassel can only be purchased directly via our online shop. On site, there will also be a box office. On site we accept cash as well as EC and credit cards. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact us. We will find a solution for every problem!
There are currently no direct ticket agencies in Kassel. If you know a Japanese shop in Kassel and the surrounding area that would like to sell tickets for our event, we would be happy to receive an email with the contact details. Otherwise, tickets can be purchased at the AnimeFanShop.de warehouse sale in Berlin-Ahrensfelde and at the AnimeRadio.de / AnimeFanShop.de booths at other events. Children up to the age of 10 are admitted free of charge if they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. No extra ticket needs to be ordered online for children up to and including the age of 10; proof of age is sufficient at the box office.
Accompanying person for severely disabled persons with sign (B) in their ID have free entry and do not have to buy an extra ticket. At the box office it is sufficient to show your identity card.

Access policy for those under 14: Only accompanied by a legal guardian. Alternatively: With a "parental consent form", supervision can be transferred to an adult companion. Access policy for those under 16: Unaccompanied admission allowed until 10 PM. No time restriction with an authorized companion. |
