Artists & fan projects can order one, two, or three tables. A chair is included as standard with each table. A table is approximately 1.40 x 0.50 meters in size. Booth depths vary but are at least 1.4m. Regardless of the number of tables, you will receive two exhibitor passes from us for each booth. So, if you order one table, you will receive from us one chair and two exhibitor passes. If you need more, please book them as follows.

Attention! Booth constructions, such as truss systems, must be registered with us, as such setups are not permitted in all locations. If you do not provide us with information about your booth construction and we do not explicitly approve it, it is generally not allowed to set up a truss system or similar structures. We require exact measurements and information about the truss system being used. If no details are provided, we will assume you are using a traditional vendor booth with tables and standard shelves, not exceeding 2.5 meters in height.

Are you an illustrator and would like to enhance our programme booklet? Anyone who draws one of our mascots for the programme booklet will receive at least 45 Euro credit on their booth order from us. If we receive sponsor or crowdfunding revenues for the artist area, the discount can be even larger. If you are interested, please select this option. We appreciate every drawing. Mascot Templates. For artists & fan projects, the placement of their logo + name + website in the programme guide and on the website is free. We will request the logo in the size 650 x 250 pixels after approval.

Per electricity connection, we provide a connection with 16 A / 230 Volt / 3.6 kW including extension cable and triple coupling. We would like to point out that all technical devices must have a valid electrical inspection.

Mobile data reception is not guaranteed everywhere in the building. Therefore, we recommend that you book the Wi-Fi option if you want to use internet-based systems at your booth. Please note that operating your own Wi-Fi hotspot is not permitted by the property.

If you want maximum reliability in your internet connection, we recommend booking a LAN connection.
