Join us in welcoming the charismatic Japanese singer and songwriter KOHEI to the Anime Festival Freiburg and enjoy his one-hour concert on Saturday afternoon.

With his clear voice and distinctive guitar sound, he invites you into his musical world at his concert on Saturday afternoon at 5:00 pm.  

KOHEI comes from the small town of Mishima, which is located on the Izu Peninsula 100 km from Tokyo. In Tokyo, KOHEI founded his band "Ascension Blue" in 2011, with whom he already performed in Switzerland in 2013. Since 2018, he has now also been touring as a solo artist. His new album "No Regret" was released on 1 May 2021, which he will present at the Anime Festival alongside his new single "Under the Stars" fresh from 01 June 2022.
