How do I package my items properly?
Do you have a manga series that you would like to sell as a set? You can simply use cling film for this. Wrap the mangas in it, and please make sure the film is sealed so that the books cannot fall out. Alternatively, you can also use transparent gift wrap, which is sturdier than cling film and does not stick.
Small items like keychains are best packed in small zip bags or other small transparent bags.
Of course, we will have cling film, zip bags in different sizes, and masking tape available on site.
How do I label the items correctly?
To make sure your submitted items can be assigned properly, they must be labeled clearly. The seller number, item number, and price must be marked on the item.
For example, if your seller number is 1005 and your item number is 9, please write “1005-9.” The first number is always the seller number.
If you are unsure whether you have labeled your items correctly, you can also send us an email with a picture beforehand. We will take a look at it for you.
