100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 km run – we all know Saitama’s workout that made him the One Punch Man. But how realistic are the training routines of our favorite characters?

Is it even possible to achieve a physique like Vi (Arcane), Sylus (Love and Deepspace), or others? In this workshop, we’ll dive into fitness, training, and nutrition – exploring what it really takes to train like a hero while staying healthy and balanced.

By the end of the session, you’ll be able to design your own hero-style workout plan. Let’s find out together what it takes to build a hero!
