Yuki Hayashi @ Blue Miburo Season 2 - International Premiere

Known for his masterful work on global hits like My Hero Academia and Haikyu!!, he has traveled all the way here to celebrate the premiere of the second season with all of you on Saturday. It is with great honor that we welcome composer Yuki Hayashi as a guest of honor in Kassel. Born in Kyoto in 1980, he found an unconventional path to music through his career as a men's rhythmic gymnast and has since become one of the most sought-after composers in the industry. His ability to create a perfect symbiosis of image and sound with music is unique and defines countless anime series.

Yuki Hayashi's list of works is impressive, including blockbuster titles like the “My Hero Academia” series, “Haikyu!!”, “Pokémon”, and “ONE PIECE FILM GOLD”. For both seasons of Blue Miburo, he created a distinctive soundtrack that perfectly underscores the emotional and action-packed moments. In addition to his work as a composer, he also produces the successful "Kyoto Soundtrack Festival".
