Hello dear anime friends and guests of the Anime Festival Freiburg,

unfortunately we have to inform you today that with a heavy heart we have to postpone the Anime Festival from 05 to 06 March 2022. 

Due to the current Corona situation in Freiburg, new rules or existing rules were confirmed on January 28. As a result, we have to reduce the number of visitors by 50%. Since we always calculate our prices in a cost-neutral way, halving the number of visitors is not possible for us from an economic point of view.

We are currently in contact with the city administration to clarify a new date for 2022.

For guests who have already purchased a ticket for the Anime Festival 2022, the following options will be available:

- Tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date

- tickets can be cancelled and refunded upon request

- the refund period will start on 17.02.2022 on AnimeTickets.de

- you will be contacted by us again via email

With this in mind, we thank you all for your trust and we sincerely hope that we can all meet again soon at the Anime Festival. Stay healthy!

PS: This postponement does not affect the Anime Messe Babelsberg near Berlin. It will take place as planned from July 15 to 17.
