Choose the classic Exhibitor Hall or take part in the Japanese folk festival "Matsuri" in the outdoor area of the Concert garden and benefit from particularly favourable booth costs. Please note: As a catering provider for freshly prepared food, you must choose the "Matsuri" option, as food preparation is not possible in the Exhibitor Hall.
Please let us know which product groups you would like to offer at your booth. This information is crucial for the issue of your booth authorisation. Please note that offering product groups that have not been specified in advance may result in restrictions or a sales ban for the missing product group.
Attention! Booth constructions, such as truss systems, must be registered with us, as such setups are not permitted in all locations. If you do not provide us with information about your booth construction and we do not explicitly approve it, it is generally not allowed to set up a truss system or similar structures. We require exact measurements and information about the truss system being used. If no details are provided, we will assume you are using a traditional vendor booth with tables and standard shelves, not exceeding 2.5 meters in height.
Booths must have a minimum size of 2 × 2 m (4 m²).
The folding tent has a size of 3 × 3 m (9 m²). Please note that you must also book the required booth space separately. Since it gets dark early in winter, we recommend a power supply with lighting. Also keep in mind that folding tents – unlike pagoda tents – do not have a solid floor and therefore provide less protection against moisture.

By default, the longest side of your booth is accessible from the visitor aisle. If you wish additional open sides to your booth, please let us know. This service is chargeable.
If you specifically wish for your booth to be placed in the entrance area, you can select this option. We will only charge the surcharge if we can meet your request during the offer preparation.
We can offer drinking water extraction, and at individual locations, it is also possible to provide a fixed water connection. Attention! There is no option for wastewater disposal.
In principle, we only allow participants who have a food truck or trailer. Participation without a food truck or trailer is only possible if, for example, you have a tent with a solid floor (no pavilions) and adhere to all hygiene regulations such as a washable floor and work area.
Increase your sales and support our volunteers! We invite you to participate in the volunteer catering program. Our 200 volunteers receive vouchers as a thank you for their work, which they can redeem with participating vendors. At the end of each day, you can settle the collected vouchers with us. Each voucher has a value of 1 Euro, and you provide us with a 20% discount. This means that for each redeemed voucher, you will receive 80 cents from us.
Should further exhibitor tickets be required, they can be ordered here. Depending on booth size, the following exhibitor tickets are already included: up to 4 m² = 1, up to 8 m² = 2, up to 12 m² = 3, up to 16 m² = 4, up to 20 m² = 5, up to 24 m² = 6, from 30 m² = 8
Per electricity connection, we provide a connection with 16 A / 230 Volt / 3.6 kW including extension cable and triple coupling. We would like to point out that all technical devices must have a valid electrical inspection.
If you don't want to bring your own tables, you can get them from us. Please choose from the following sizes.
For a professional festival appearance, we recommend booking a mobile festival wall.
Mobile data reception is not guaranteed everywhere in the building. Therefore, we recommend that you book the Wi-Fi option if you want to use internet-based systems at your booth. Please note that operating your own Wi-Fi hotspot is not permitted by the property.
If you want maximum reliability in your internet connection, we recommend booking a LAN connection.
